Michigan Appliance Rebate Program

Important Status Update – 8/31/10

Reservations for the State Energy Efficient Appliance Rebate Program (SEEARP) are now closed because 90% of the rebate funds have been reserved!

Rebates reserved through September 14, 2010 will continue to be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. However, based on the number of applications received to date, it is likely that the remaining 10% of the funding will be depleted prior to all applications being processed.

To complete your rebate request, your application must be postmarked no later than the expiration date of your reservation (provided via a confirmation email at time of reservation) and must be accompanied with copies of your paid invoice(s) and a copy of the mechanical permit.

Michigan Energy Options has been awarded a grant from the State of Michigan to provide appliance rebates for Natural Gas Furnaces, Propane Furnaces, Heating Oil Furnaces, Natural Gas Water Heaters, Propane Water Heaters, Solar Water Heaters and ECM / Variable Speed Blower Motors. This program started on February 10th, 2010 and will run through December 31st, 2010 or until rebate funds have been exhausted.
